What this guarantee means

Our guarantee is simple: use Kcally properly for 30 days, and if the scale — or your measurements — don't move in the direction of your goal, we refund your plan. The conditions below aren't there to make it hard — they're there to make sure the programme had a fair chance to work before we call it a fail.

The 4 conditions

Use the meal plan every day for 30 days
At least 5 meals planned per day, for at least 25 out of your first 30 days. The plan only works if you follow it — we can't refund a plan that was never used.
We check this automatically from your usage data.

Scan at least 10 videos during those 30 days
The core product is knowing what's in what you eat. You need to have used the scanner meaningfully — not just opened the app once.
10 scans across 30 days — less than one every 3 days.

Complete your profile and goal setup
Your calorie target is calculated from your profile — weight, height, age, activity level, and goal. Without this, the programme has no baseline to work from.
Takes 2 minutes in Settings → Profile.

Request your refund between day 30 and day 40
Send your request inside that 10-day window. Requests before day 30 or after day 40 are not eligible — we can't process a guarantee claim outside of the window.

We verify your usage automatically
Our team checks your data within 48 hours. No screenshots needed — it's all in your account.

Refund within 5 business days
If conditions are met, we refund the one-time plan fee to your original payment method.
What's NOT covered
Monthly renewal charges after your plan ends — only the one-time programme fee is refundable.
Programmes where the usage conditions above were not met during the 30-day window.
Refund requests made before day 30 or after day 40 of your programme.
Second purchases or plan renewals — one guarantee per customer.
