We'll permanently remove your account and personal data. You have 30 days to change your mind — just sign back in to cancel.

For your security, we need to verify the account you want to delete. Use the same method you signed up with.
Signing in proves you own this account. We only use this to confirm the deletion request — no other action is taken until you confirm in step 4.
Deleted within 30 days of your request:
- Your name, email, profile photo, and account identifiers (Apple / Google subject IDs)
- Body metrics: weight, height, age, sex, activity level, dietary preferences, goals
- All weigh-ins, progress photos, check-ins, and plan history
- Scanned videos, generated meal plans, saved recipes, and grocery lists
- App usage data tied to your account (sessions, features used)
- Push tokens and marketing consents
Kept after deletion, for the reasons below:
- Billing & tax records — invoices and payment records are retained for up to 10 years as required by French and EU tax law. These contain only the data legally required (name, billing address, amount, date) and are stored in restricted, audit-only systems.
- Fraud & abuse signals — hashed identifiers may be retained up to 12 months to prevent abuse of free trials and refunds. They cannot be linked back to your profile.
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics — data that has been irreversibly anonymized (cannot identify you) may be kept indefinitely for product improvement.
Subscription cancellation. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store, Google Play, or web subscription. Cancel separately through the store where you subscribed, or through your Kcally web account, before the next renewal date.
Your rights under GDPR / CCPA. You can also request a copy of your data (right to access / portability) before deleting, or ask us to correct it. Email privacy@kcally.com for any privacy request, or visit our Privacy Policy.
